All purchases over $100 are free within Australia!

ShoeBeDoo uses Express Post and Registered Mail via Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia, and Registered International Air Mail via Australia Post for all international deliveries.

Everything is sent by EXPRESS POST within Australia, (except if the item is bulky  boots, hats, large fascinators) OR the box of the shoes is too large fit into a Express Post 3kg bag whereupon they will be sent Registered Post.  More details below.  

If you are unsure if your chosen goods will be sent EXPRESS POST or not, please email us immediately and we will let be most happy to let you know

We will always confirm to you in your Shipping Email how your parcel has been sent

EXPRESS POST takes between 1-3 days maximum.  We pack and send your order the day we get it, and aim to get goods to you as quickly as possible.  Trust us, we know what it is like when you have found your perfect pair of shoes and want to wear them, like yesterday!!

Please note all costs on this page (and indeed the whole website) are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

* exceptionally large orders may incur a surcharge, we will contact you directly to confirm before processing

 

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. If you give us the wrong details, you won't get your goodies!

We aim to get all orders sent out to you within one working day of receiving them.

If your prefer, you can purchase online and pick them up in the store. When checking out select "pickup instore" as your delivery method.

 

 

Within Australia

How We Deliver

ShoeBeDoo uses Express Post via Australia Post for all deliveries*, including to regional PO Boxes. 

Australia Post delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please consider this when you give us an address. It is better to provide us with an address that you are likely to be at during the day, to ensure your goods are not left unattended.

* Larger items like hats, fascinators and boots that need to be delicately packaged in boxes not fitting into Express Post bags, will be sent via Registered Mail, which requires a signature.  Additional fees may apply to postage, we will let you know how your goods have been sent when we send you a Shipping Status Email!  Anything that will not fit into a 3kg Express Post Bag will be shipped by Registered Post.

All purchases of $100 AUD and over are Free !

A flat rate of $10.00 AUD will be charged for all purchases less that $90 AUD

Insuring Goods

Insurance with Australia Post is called Extra Cover. It costs $1.30 per $100, or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to a maximum of $5,000.

If you would like to add insurance, please advise in the Comments field at Check Out, email us or give us a call on +61 8 9721 1031. The agreed amount will be additional to your online invoice.

 

Tracking Your Delivery

You can track an Express Post or a Registered Post parcel via Australia post online at http://www.auspost.com.au/track. All you need is the barcode from your posted item, which we will provide to you in an email after your purchase is made.

 

 

To New Zealand

How We Deliver

ShoeBeDoo uses Registered Post International (Air Mail) via Australia Post for all deliveries to New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes Internationally.

Each article has a unique identification number. A signature is required to collect the goods. It is therefore better to provide us with an address that you are likely to be at during the day, to ensure your goods are not left unattended and avoid any delivery delays.

 

Country Restrictions

We only allow international postage to New Zealand. We regret that we do not accept orders outside of Australia and New Zealand.

 

What Are The Costs

A flat rate* of $25.00 AUD will be charged for all purchases to New Zealand

* Please note that exceptionally large or delicate orders may incur a surcharge. If this is the case, we will contact you directly before processing to get your agreeance.

Some countries may charge local taxes, in addition to Australian GST. The customer is responsible for such charges.

Do You Deliver to Post Office Boxes ?

Regrettably, due to internet theft, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes internationally. Should you be on an Army base or the like internationally, and really want us to deliver to you, please email us and we will see what we can do for you!

 

Can I Get My Goods Insured ?

Extra Cover (Insurance via Australia Post) is not available on International Registered Post.
