A Return is when a product is sent back to the supplier for a full refund, in the case of a manufacturing fault.
An Exchange is when a product is sent back to the supplier and in return the customer gets a new product or a credit note for the value of the goods.
A Credit Note is a store credit.
Whilst we do our best to ensure you are in love with your purchases when they arrive, we realize that sometimes it just isn't so.
So, ShoeBeDoo will most happily exchange or refund for an incorrect size, or a change of mind if we receive the goods back to us within a 21 day period from invoice date, as long as the items:

TIP: We advise returning goods to us for exchange or credit via a recorded method of delivery such as a courier or Registered Post. ShoeBeDoo is not responsible for missing items or damage in transit.

If goods have a manufacturing fault, we will replace, repair or refund the purchase amount. This is subject to us viewing the goods which must be returned to us, at the expense of the sender.
Refunds are also subject to the provision that the fault is not due to normal wear and tear. A shoe worn inappropriately and damaged, is not a manufacturing fault.
If you intend to return a faulty item, how about you send us an email for advice first before returning the item. If it is deemed there is no manufacturing fault but is instead a user wear/tear issue, the goods will not be accepted as faulty. Returning such goods will be at the expense of the customer.

Swimwear can be exchanged as long as all of the swing tags are attached, the swimwear has not been worn or washed, and the hygience liners are not in any way removed, damaged or soiled.

An assessment form is used to help us understand your needs. It contains information as to why you want to exchange or return an item, and also has your personal details so we can get in contact with you.
An assessment form must be completed and returned along with goods when sending items back for exchange/credit or assessment of a repair or refund.
