What is the difference between a Return and an Exchange?

A Return is when a product is sent back to us for a full refund, in the case of a manufacturing fault, or a change of mind within a certain time frame.

An Exchange is when a product is sent back to us and in return you get a new product or a credit note for the value of the goods.

 

What is ShoeBeDoo's Return and Exchange Policy ?

Whilst we do our best to ensure you are in love with your purchases when they arrive, we realize that sometimes it just isn't so.

So, ShoeBeDoo will most happily exchange or refund for an incorrect size, or a change of mind if we receive the goods back to us within a 21 day period from sale date, as long as the items:

 

TIP: try on shoes on carpet with clean, dry feet to avoid damaging them

TIP: even consider trying on shoes with stockings to prevent damage

TIP: have clean hands when dealing with light coloured materials

 

In addition, to exchange or get a refund you must:

TIP: You might also like to send us an email promptly with details of what you would like to exchange so we can reserve your request for you!

TIP: We'd love to hear what was wrong with the shoes / why you are returning or exchanging them. Just a short hand written note would be most welcome !

ShoeBeDoo must receive the returned goods within 21 days of order date before any exchanges can be processed. Please address your returns to:

We will with pleasure send replacement goods at our cost, however customers are responsible for expenses to return the goods to us.

 

TIP: We advise returning goods to us for exchange or refund via a recorded method of delivery such as a courier or Registered Post. ShoeBeDoo is not responsible for missing items or damage in transit.

 

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in a timely manner, however we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping/transport process

 

What do I do if the item I purchased is faulty ?

If goods have a manufacturing fault, we will replace, repair or refund the purchase amount. This is subject to us viewing the goods and working with our suppliers.

Easiest way? Send us an email with high quality images of the problem and write and tell us about it.  We will then be in contact with you to help.

Please Note Refunds are subject to the provision that the fault is not due to normal wear and tear. A shoe worn inappropriately and damaged, is not a manufacturing fault.  If it is deemed there is no manufacturing fault but is instead a user wear/tear issue, the goods will not be accepted as faulty nor will a refund or exchange be given.

 

Can I get a refund if I have simply changed my mind or don't like them any more ?

You sure can.  And the reason why is that we understand you have not had the chance to try on the shoes - nor the expertise of our wonderful sales staff instore.

Can I exchange or return a sale or a discounted item ?

Yes! At ShoeBeDoo a purchase is a purchase, regardless of whether you have purchased a full price or a discounted item. All goods purchased with us are under the same Returns and Exchange Policy.

 

Can I exchange or return ALL items that I purchase from ShoeBeDoo?

Can I come into the store and exchange or return an item I bought online ?

Yes! You can buy online and bring them into the store for an exchange or return. Our Exchange or Return policy will apply.

 

 
How many times can I exchange my items ?

We will happily exchange your first item and post it out to you for free. Subsequent exchanges will incur a $15 postal charge.
