D&G Watches

We are an authorized retailer for genuine D&G watches.

Your D&G watch is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse of components and watch finish or plating and and does not cover water damage caused by non-compliance with the water resistancy usage guide.

In the event of a defect or malfunction within this warranty, the watch will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the authorized distributors in Australia.

The warranty does cover:

  • Movement
  • Hands
  • Dial
The warranty does NOT cover:
  • Clasp
  • Bezel
  • Case damage, scratching, breakage or stones
  • Lens breakage, scratching or damage
  • Water leakage if the screw-in-crown is not activated
  • General wear and tear/scratches
  • Problems resulting from non-authorized actions on the watch
For the warranty to be valid, the warranty booklet must be stamped with the ShoeBeDoo stamp and dated. As well, the ShoeBeDoo receipt must be enclosed.

  • crystal, strap or bracelet
  • damage resulting from improper handling,lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • water damage unless marked water resistant (5 ATM or above)
  • indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch
  • if a valid receipt/stamped warranty is not included

Guess Handling of Water Resistant Watches
  • Water resistancy of your watch is greatly affected by the way the watch is treated - misuse will diminish water resistancy by affecting the case and lens seals
  • Should your watch have a screw down crown, you must ensure that the screw lock crown is completely tightened at all times
  • If the watch comes in contact with salt or chlorinated water, be sure to rinse it thoroughly in warm fresh water afterwards
  • If a watch is wet, do not store it in a closed container. It should be dried out immediately to avoid damage to internal components
  • Pressure in bar (ATM) is a test pressure. This measurement should not be considered as actual immersion in depth. Various conditions (ie beach surf) may cause false pressure conditions

 

Guess Jewellery

We are an authorized reseller of Guess Jewellery.

Your Guess Jewellery has a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse of components and jewellery finish or plating and and does not cover water damage. MBT Warranty

We are an authorized seller of MBTs.

MBT Australia Pty. Ltd. provides warranty of MBTs from material and constructional defects if sold in manufacturers condition for a period of twelve (12) months from the consumer's original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from normal or excessive wear and tear, nor from improper use or abuse of the product including exposure to chemicals, heat, cement, lime or saltwater (all solvents). Abuse includes cuts, burns and excessive forces (such as kicking). This warranty does not cover wear and tear on soles and all resoling must be done at the customers expense by our authorised repairers. Wear and tear cannot be measured as it is dependant on many factors including stride length, hours of use, weight of wearer and environment. Alterations of any nature made to MBTs shall void this warranty.

As a condition of this warranty you must present the footwear and your receipt of purchase for the warranty to be honoured.

Potentially defective MBTs must be returned to the retailer where they were bought, together with dated proof of purchase. The MBT retailer is then responsible for returning the potentially defective product to MBT Australia Pty. Ltd. for evaluation in accordance with our Warranty and Returns Policy. If after inspection they determine that the returned product is defective, they will offer product repair or replacement free of charge or they will refund the dealer their cost of the product.

 

 

Boston Umbrella Company Guarantee

Boston Umbrella wants you to love our products as much as we do. We take particular care with the quality and production of all goods.

Boston pocket umbrellas are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase against frame defects. In the event that your umbrella has a frame defect we will repair or replace the umbrella. You will need to return the item to the place of purchase (not to Boston headquarters) with a valid receipt.

Boston umbrellas are designed to last, but not if used in severe winds or storms. In addition, the guarantee does not include damage which results from misuse or accident. So, should you run over your umbrella with your car, use it as a parachute whilst skydiving, or feed it to your goat, we are sorry to say your warranty is null and void.
