Starting off with just 12 colours, Essie started off in Las Vegas to a resounding success. And not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! After this successful trip she built on this first flush a business of incredible, long lasting, and delicious varnishes that not only look after your nails, but are stunning in colour choices.
All Essie nail polishes are made in the United States of America, and are free of the three big bad chemicals that are in just about every other nail varnish. They are free from Formaldehyde (did you know this is what the preserve dead bodies in ????!!!), free from DBP and free from Toluene.
Continually Essie nail polishes are winning awards. The latest was the "lookfantastic" Hair & Beauty awards 2010 from the states, but Essie is continuing to win InStyle Best Beauty Brand for nails? Why? The colours last. One coat. They are really resistant to chips, and they look amazing.
